En Puerto Rico  pollo frito pueden ser caderas, muslitos o hasta alitas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se sazona con el t\u00edpico <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">adobo hecho en casa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">saz\u00f3n homemade<\/a> y algunas especias m\u00e1s. Es sabroso y sorprendentemente jugoso aunque se fr\u00ede lentamente durante 20 a 22 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un pollo frito sin harina, pero si te gusta el pollo extra crujiente, prueba los <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/chicharron-de-pollo\/\">chicharrones de pollo boricua<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casi cualquier acompa\u00f1amiento va bien con pollo frito. Puedes usar muslos de pollo o incluso alitas de pollo, pero tardan unos 10 minutos menos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lim\u00f3n\u2013<\/strong> No todo el mundo lo hace, pero a m\u00ed me gusta agregar la mitad de un lim\u00f3n amarillo. Si deseas que tenga m\u00e1s sabor a lim\u00f3n, puedes agregar el lim\u00f3n entero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos\u2013<\/strong> Us\u00e9 or\u00e9gano seco, cebolla en polvo, adobo y saz\u00f3n. Me gusta quitar todo lo que quede como trozos de plumas y enjuagarlo. M\u00e9zclalo hasta que quede todo cubierto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Primero, fr\u00ede a fuego medio durante 5 minutos por cada lado y luego subes ese fuego a medio-alto para terminar tu pollo. Esto siempre depende de qu\u00e9 tan grueso est\u00e9 el pollo. Para asegurarte de que tu pollo frito est\u00e9 cocido s\u00f3lo tienes que pincharlo y ver si el jugo sale claro.
