Se hac\u00eda el d\u00eda de Reyes, el d\u00eda de las Madres, cumplea\u00f1os y fiestas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el d\u00eda de Acci\u00f3n de Gracias, aunque tengamos el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-pavochon\/\">pavoch\u00f3n puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a>, siempre com\u00edamos cerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casi todas las culturas tienen su propia receta de cerdo asado. En Puerto Rico, lo sazonamos con los condimentos t\u00edpicos del Caribe, como el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">sazonador todo uso adobo hecho en casa<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">saz\u00f3n boricua<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta hacer el pernil en la ma\u00f1ana de Nochebuena. Servido siempre junto a un buen <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-arroz-con-gandules-puertorriqueno\/\">arroz con gandules boricua<\/a> y unos <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-guineitos-en-escabeche-puertorriquenos\/\">guineos en escabeche boricua<\/a>. Puedes hacer el cerdo sin la piel pero en mi opini\u00f3n el cuerito es la parte m\u00e1s rica!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> Utilice aceite vegetal, pero puedes usar aceite de oliva o coco. El aceite es esencial para hacer el marinado. Adem\u00e1s ayuda a que el condimento entre mejor en los cortes de la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo- <\/strong>Siempre es mejor usar ajo fresco porque el sabor ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s intenso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos- <\/strong>En esta receta usamos adobo, saz\u00f3n, sal y tomillo molido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hierbas- <\/strong>utilice or\u00e9gano seco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"variaciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Variaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Condimentos:<\/strong> Los condimentos pueden tener peque\u00f1as variaciones dependiendo de las tradiciones familiares. Esto permite que los condimentos penetren m\u00e1s profundamente en el interior del cerdo. \u00a1Pero no perfores la piel!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Mezcla el aceite y los condimentos. Sazona la carne y aseg\u00farate de poner un poco de condimento en los cortes que hiciste. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a cocinar la carne y la mantendr\u00e1 jugosa. Luego cocine por 4 horas en un horno a 250\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Despu\u00e9s de las 4 horas, retira la tapa y cocina la carne de cerdo por 3 horas m\u00e1s a 350\u00b0F, y m\u00e1s 15 minutos a 450\u00b0F si la piel no est\u00e1 muy crujiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mientras la carne de cerdo se cocina, soltar\u00e1 muchos jugos. \u00a1No lo tires! Cu\u00e9lalo y gu\u00e1rdalo para m\u00e1s tarde. Puedes usarlo para rociar encima de la carne para darle sabor. Tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar como caldo para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-con-habichuelas\/\">arroz guisado con habichuelas rosadas<\/a> o salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un consejo que me dio mi suegra es que en la \u00faltima media hora de cocci\u00f3n del cerdo, unta la parte superior con el tradicional <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-aceite-de-achiote\/\">achiote en aceite<\/a>. Dijo que era para una piel m\u00e1s crujiente. Si quieres que la carne se desprenda del hueso, entonces debes cocinar cada libra durante al menos 1 hora. Por supuesto, puedes cocinar esto en menos tiempo.
