Sazonada a la perfecci\u00f3n con un poco de sal, saz\u00f3n, cebolla y ajo en polvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <em>carne guisa<\/em> como le decimos muchos en Puerto Rico, la hago con los t\u00edpicos ingredientes como la zanahoria y la papa. Tambi\u00e9n con el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sofrito\/\">sofrito puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> que lleva cebolla, pimiento, ajo y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/que-es-culantro\/\">recao verde<\/a>. \u00a1Pero tambi\u00e9n le a\u00f1ado cerveza!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La carne guisada es una de mis recetas favoritas. Mientras estaba en la universidad me encantaba hacer un caldero grande los domingo con <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/arroz-blanco\/\">arroz blanco al estilo puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/tostones-platanos-fritos\/\">tostones crujientes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las sobras del la carne las guardaba para mis almuerzos de la semana y en lugar de tostones me llevaba <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/amarillos-platanos-maduros\/\">pl\u00e1tanos maduros<\/a>. \u00a1Y d\u00e9jame decirte que las sobras siempre saben mejor al d\u00eda siguiente!<\/p>\n\n\n[feast_advanced_jump_to]\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"porque-te-va-a-gustar-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Porque Te Va A Gustar La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a1Esta es una receta que se hace en una sola olla que y es f\u00e1cil de preparar, como el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-fricase-de-pollo-puertorriqueno\/\">fricase de pollo puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a> o la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-corned-beef\/\">corned beef a lo boricua<\/a>!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es la receta perfecta para preparar una comida que combina bien con un simple arroz como acompa\u00f1amiento o incluso pur\u00e9 de papas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es una receta con mucho caldito al igual que el rico <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-bistec-encebollao\/\">bistec con cebollas puertorrique\u00f1o<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"ingredientes\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-49701b33-e3df-4e90-a409-88dcbf2c89a6\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/ingredientes-necesarios-para-hacer-carne-guisada.jpg\" alt=\"ingredientes para hacer carne guisada al estilo puertorrique\u00f1o.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Carne de res para guisar-<\/strong> Puede usar la carne precortada que encuentras en cualquier supermercado. Yo compro el corte de carne completo conocido como chuck roast or chuck steak y lo corto. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras-<\/strong> A\u00f1adimos los vegetales tipicos como la zanahorias y papas porque act\u00faan como espesantes en la receta.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> Yo uso aceite vegetal pero puedes usar coco, oliva o el aceite que usas habitualmente para cocinar. Tambien puedes usar aceite de achiote y le a\u00f1ades color y sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Necesitas sal, saz\u00f3n, cebolla y ajo en polvo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito-<\/strong> Este es un ingrediente imprescindible para esta receta porque es uno de los ingredientes que le da ese sabor boricua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate-<\/strong> Yo siempre uso salsa de tomate pero se puede sustituir por mitad de pasta de tomate. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>hoja de laurel-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 3 hojas de laurel, puedes sustituir con tomillo fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinagre-<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed us\u00e9 vinagre blanco para ayudar a ablandar la carne y para dar sabor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cerveza-<\/strong> Esto de aqu\u00ed es el secreto para hacer mi carne guisada tan rica. La cerveza que uso la corona o modelo pero puedes usar cualquiera cerveza clara. Puedes usar hasta la cerveza medalla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"adiciones\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adiciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verduras:<\/strong> No es com\u00fan, pero puedes agregar yuca, calabaza o guisantes. Una gran adici\u00f3n es una lata de habichuelas. Pueden ser habichuelas blancas, rositas o negras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"como-hacer-una-carne-guisada\"   class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Como hacer una Carne Guisada<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-66bf73fc-f877-4509-8d24-c260f0e39538\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/how-to-make-beef-stew-steps-1-4.jpg\" alt=\"imagenes de los primeros 4 de 8 pasos a seguir para preparar carne guisada al estilo puertorriqueno.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Foto 1:<\/strong> Pela las zanahorias y las papas. Corta las zanahorias en trozos de \u00bc de pulgada y las papas en trozos de aproximadamente 1 pulgada de grosor. Corta y pela cualquier otra verdura que quieras a\u00f1adir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Corta la carne en cubosde aproximadamente 1 \u00bd pulgada de grosor. Que no te queden ni demasiado peque\u00f1os ni demasiado grande para que quede tierna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 3:<\/strong> Agrega aceite a una olla grande a fuego alto y dora la carne. Cocino la carne con la cerveza por separado para que el sabor penetre mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Coge las hojas de laurel y la mitad de las verduras y agr\u00e9galas. Estas verduras se descompondr\u00e1n ya para cuando el plato est\u00e9 listo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 7:<\/strong> Agrega 6 tazas de agua y cocina por 30 minutos. Revuelva un par de veces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> Ahora agrega los condimentos, el resto del agua y el vinagre. Baja el fuego a fuego medio y cocina por 30 min.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#dee3d9\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"tips-para-la-receta\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Para La Receta<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La mejor forma de espesar la Carne Guisada es con verduras con almid\u00f3n. Agregar la mitad de las verduras al comienzo de la receta ayuda a descomponerlas casi por completo y hace que el caldo se espese mejor. Tambi\u00e9n puedes cocinar a fuego lento sin tapar por m\u00e1s tiempo para reducir el l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almacenamiento-<\/strong> Puedes guardar en la nevera hasta por 4 d\u00edas y en tu freezer por 6 meses. S\u00f3lo debes asegurarte de que est\u00e9 almacenado en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico. Aseg\u00farate de enfriar antes de guardar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recalentar-<\/strong> Siempre sugiero agregar media taza de agua y calentar durante unos 15 minutos a fuego medio-alto. El primer ingrediente que hace diferente la receta puertorrique\u00f1a es el uso del sofrito y tambi\u00e9n el saz\u00f3n. La versi\u00f3n mexicana lleva harina para darle al caldo una consistencia parecida a una salsa. A veces se agregan chiles para hacer una salsa base.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1722701468075\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">\u00bfC\u00faal es el secreto para una carne guisada tierna?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">El secreto para que la carne siempre quede tierna es cocinarla bien y a fuego lento. Debes comenzar a fuego alto para poder dorar perfectamente la carne. Pero luego querr\u00e1s bajar el fuego y cocinar durante al menos una hora. Recuerda que puedes hacer un guiso ]en 30 minutos pero eso no significa que quede rico y tierno.
