Algunas personas hacen alb\u00f3ndigas con 2 tipos de carne molida para evitar que se sequen.  El truco para evitar las alb\u00f3ndigas secas es la grasa. Utilice carne que tenga entre un 20 y un 30 por ciento de grasa y obtendr\u00e1 una alb\u00f3ndiga m\u00e1s jugosa y sabrosa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan rallado-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 pan rallado simple, pero puedes usar estilo italiano o hacer el tuyo propio si lo prefieres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso parmesano-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 queso parmesano fresco rallado, pero el queso comprado en la tienda tambi\u00e9n funcionar\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla-<\/strong>Us\u00e9 una cebolla peque\u00f1a, no es necesario agregar demasiado.
