Aveces lo <em>hacia para el D\u00eda de las Madres o Padres y hasta para Navidad<\/em>es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz queda s\u00faper rico gracias a la base puertorrique\u00f1a del <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sofrito\/\">aut\u00e9ntico sofrito boricua<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/sazon\/\">saz\u00f3n con annatto<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/adobo-completo\/\">adobo con pimienta negra<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz tambi\u00e9n tiene <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/como-hacer-aceite-de-achiote\/\">aceite de achiote casero<\/a> que ayuda a que el arroz tenga ese bonito color dorado y adem\u00e1s le agrega un sabor \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es mi arroz guisado favorito para preparar y comer. Lo he perfeccionado todos estos a\u00f1os para hacerlo tan parecido al arroz de Abuelita. Normalmente lo sirvo con una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-ensalada-verde\/\">ensalada verde f\u00e1cil<\/a>. Si no tienes puedes sustituirlo por aceite vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Costillas de Cerdo-<\/strong> Us\u00e9 1 libra de costillas pero siempre puedes agregar m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito- <\/strong>El sofrito es importante en esta receta porque le da al plato su distintivo sabor puertorrique\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 salsa de tomate pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar pasta de tomate. En un caldero grande sobre fuego mediano alto a\u00f1ade el aceite, costillas y sal. Luego a\u00f1ade el arroz, revuelve todo y prueba el agua. Esto se hace para saber si necesitas ponerle m\u00e1s condimento. Cubre y deja cocinar hasta que la mayor\u00eda del liquido se haya evaporado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Una vez que casi no quede l\u00edquido, revuelve el arroz. Lo que siempre hago cuando hago arroz es hacer una forma de c\u00fapula con todo el arroz en el medio del caldero.
