Puedes utilizar caderas con o sin la piel y hueso. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lim\u00f3n, jugo y ralladura<\/strong>&#8211; Uso 1 lim\u00f3n para cortar en rodajas y agregar con las papas. El jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n para darle al pollo una marinada r\u00e1pida de 5 minutos y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n para sazonar el pollo y darle un sabor a lim\u00f3n m\u00e1s intenso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Papas amarillas-<\/strong> Puedes usar cualquier tipo de papa que quieras. Yo us\u00e9 papas amarillas porque son muy cremosas y tienen un sabor ligeramente dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos<\/strong>&#8211; Para preparar el condimento utilizo una mezcla de sal, pimienta, cebolla en polvo y or\u00e9gano fresco. Puedes agregar pimienta de cayena o hojuelas de chile rojo para darle un toque picante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite-<\/strong> Primero us\u00e9 aceite vegetal para mezclar todos los condimentos porque ayuda a condimentar mejor el pollo. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a que la piel del pollo quede crujiente. Usa muslos y simplemente sigue la receta tal como est\u00e1. O usa pechuga de pollo y verifica que est\u00e9 lista despu\u00e9s de 30 minutos. Debe tener una temperatura interna de 165\u00b0F o los jugos deben salir claros al cortarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verduras-<\/strong> Agrega batatas en cubos, calabaza, zanahorias o br\u00f3coli.
