Pero puedes agregar muchos otros que te gusten, siempre que sean verduras que no se pongan blandas r\u00e1pidamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sofrito- <\/strong>El sofrito es uno de los sabores base de este arroz. Est\u00e1 lleno de vegetales que le dan el sabor perfecto a este plato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de tomate-<\/strong> En esta receta us\u00e9 salsa de tomate pero tambi\u00e9n se puede usar pasta de tomate. Use la mitad de lo que pide la receta para la salsa de tomate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos- <\/strong>Esta receta lleva adobo para darle sabor y saz\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n le da un sabor delicioso y el bonito color amarillo dorado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caldo de pollo- <\/strong>Us\u00e9 cubito en polvo de caldo de pollo. Puedes evitar este paso usando una lata de vegetales mixtos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> En un caldero grande agrega el aceite, las verduras, la salsa de tomate, el sofrito y los condimentos. Agrega el arroz, revuelve y tapa. Cocina por 10 minutos o hasta que la mayor parte del l\u00edquido se haya evaporado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong>  Ahora esponja el arroz. A m\u00ed me gusta separar el arroz de las paredes de la olla y hacer una c\u00fapula en el medio. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser una lima. Cr\u00e9ame, ese toque de lim\u00f3n mejora el arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yo uso un caldero que es la olla que se usa tradicionalmente para hacer arroz en la cocina puertorrique\u00f1a. Pero en realidad, cualquier olla con tapa servir\u00e1 y debe ser lo suficientemente grande para la receta de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este arroz se prepara en la estufa, pero se puede preparar f\u00e1cilmente en una olla arrocera.
