El ajo se utiliza con el aceite para rociar los pinchos mientras se cocinan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caderas de pollo- <\/strong>Siempre uso caderas porque tienden a tener m\u00e1s grasa y esto es bueno porque mantiene la carne jugosa mientras se cocina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimentos-<\/strong> Solo necesitas adobo, saz\u00f3n, pimienta negra y cebolla en polvo. Puedes agregar hojuelas de chile para darle sabor o cualquier otro pique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa BBQ-<\/strong> En lo que respecta a la salsa BBQ, puedes usar tu favorita. Utilic\u00e9 salsa BBQ dulce y picante G Huges porque me gusta el sabor, pero cualquier salsa estar\u00e1 bien. Cuando tengo guayaba hago una <a href=\"https:\/\/foodmetamorphosis.com\/es\/receta-de-salsa-de-guayaba\/\">salsa de guayaba casera<\/a> y la agrego a mi salsa y queda buen\u00edsima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan-<\/strong> Usa cualquier tipo de pan que te guste, pero con pinchos pan sobao es el camino a seguir. Puedes evitar el pan si quieres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 id=\"puedo-utilizar-pechuga-de-pollo-para-hacer-pinchos\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPuedo utilizar pechuga de pollo para hacer pinchos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1S\u00ed tu puedes! mientras que las cadras son el corte preferido, usar pechuga de pollo est\u00e1 perfectamente bien. Solo debes asegurarte de que tus trozos no sean demasiado grandes porque pueden quemarse por fuera y quedarse crudos por dentro. Esto lo usar\u00e1s para el pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 2:<\/strong> Esto es opcional pero muy recomendable. Unte un poco de aceite de ajo por ambos lados del pan. Elimina la mayor parte del exceso de grasa del pollo pero no todo. El resto se derretir\u00e1 durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 4:<\/strong> Agrega el pollo a un bowl grande y todos los condimentos. Con esta receta salen 6 pinchos. Si te queda algo de carne, distrib\u00fayela uniformemente entre todos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 6:<\/strong> Antes de cocinar, untale a cada pincho un poco de aceite de ajo. Cada 4 minutos roc\u00eda las brochetas con aceite y dales la vuelta. Hacemos esto para mantener el pollo jugoso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Foto 8:<\/strong> En los \u00faltimos 4 minutos, unte cada pincho con salsa BBQ. Gire despu\u00e9s de 2 minutos. Si la a\u00f1ades antes se quemar\u00e1 todo el az\u00facar de la salsa y no sabr\u00e1 tan bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aseg\u00farate de dejar un espacio entre la parte superior e inferior del palo de madera. Es una comida principal por s\u00ed sola. A\u00fan puedes hacer esto usando una sart\u00e9n para parrilla para obtener el mismo sabor que tienen los pinchos asados.
