- Sugar - Cornstarch - Water - Coconut milk - Cream of coconut - Vanilla extract

Ingredients

step 1

Mix sugar and cornstarch. This is to avoid lumps of cornstarch in the mix.

Dissolve the sugar in the water over high heat. This is to make a simple syrup.

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl or pitcher. Mix until everything is dissolved.

Pour all of your mix in a container. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until is hard.
