Flan  de Calabaza

This Flan is perfect for the holidays. It is easy and delicious!


- eggs - sugar - pumpkin - evaporated milk - condensed milk - vanilla - cinnamon - all spice

First, in a medium size pan add the sugar. Heat the sugar and constantly stir until it has melted. Pour it into your mold.

Then add your pumpkin to a blender. Blend everything until smooth. Pour into a mold and bake for 1 hour in a bain marie.


step 3

Let your flan chill for at least an hour. Flip the flan into a big tray or plate. Do it fast to avoid spilling the caramel.


The best is that you can use fresh or even canned pumpkin!
