First, cut the pork into smaller chunks, to about 1-inch pieces. You can cut it smaller if you like.

Pour all the seasonings and mix. Make sure that every piece of meat is well seasoned.

In a large pot cook the meat. No need to add water or oil yet. The meat will cook in its own juices.

Fry the meat for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Fry in batches if your pan is too small.
