- salt - thyme - adobo - sazon - oregano - garlic - a little bit of oil

Step 1

First, we make a few holes on the pork on the bottom part. The one that doesn't have the skin.

Step 2

Spread the seasoning mix all over the pork. Make sure you put some seasoning in every whole you make.

Step 4

Place the pernil in a big pan with the skin side up. Cook cover in the first stage. Then you uncover it so the skin gets crispy.
