First, cut your chicken into smaller pieces. Make sure these pieces are similar in size.

In a large bowl add your chicken and all the seasonings. Mix until everything is well seasoned.

Take 4 pieces of meat and stick each one on a bamboo stick. Do this with all the meat until finished.
