This Puerto Rican Style Corned Beef is a convenience meal. Super easy to make on a busy weeknight in less than 20 minutes!

Peel your ripe plantains. Cut each one into stripes. This is so it can be easier to fry.

In a large pan add your oil and fry the plantains. Fry for 1 minute over medium high heat.

Dice your onion and green pepper. You can cut it into strips or smaller or bigger cubes.

Saute your vegetables in a little bit of oil over medium-high heat. Do this for about 2 minutes.

Now is the time to add the sofrito, tomato sauce, and sazon. Stir everything and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the canned corned beef and break it into pieces with your spoon. Add water and finish cooking.
