First step if to fry the ripe plantains. You can also use potatoes instead of sweet plantains.

Cut your onion and green pepper into strips. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or corn.

In a big pan add oil and saute your onion and green paper for 2 minutes. Stir while cooking.

Add all of your seasonings, and plantains and saute for another 2 minutes. Add any extra vegetables you would like.

Add your corned beef and break it apart. Add water and cook for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.
