In a large pot over high heat add the pork chops, garlic, thyme, all the seasonings, and water.

Pork chops- Use pork chops with the bone in and avoid the ones without. This is because they need less time cooking and tend to get dry faster.Storing- You can use an airtight container or freezer bag to store for up to 4 days in your fridge. Always discard if you notice a bad smell or taste.Temp- The internal temperature of the cooked pork chops should be at least 145° F.
