Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend for at least 2 minutes or until the drink is smooth. Chill or serve over ice. Enjoy!
Notes
There are many versions of the champola. Depending on the country, some even add a little bit of rum.
I make this recipe with guava paste but is usually made with guava pulp. The paste has less water and is a little sweeter. So if you want the same consistency of using the pulp, just add more water.
