First, cut the vegetables. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Then cut that half into 1-inch-thick wedges and set it aside. Cut the ends of the garlic and peel. Roughly chop the garlic to about ¼ inch thick pieces.
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the butter, onion, and the chopped garlic. Cook for 4 minutes while stirring.
Then add the shrimp, the garlic paste, and the seasonings. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side. Mix everything well before serving. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you want your recipe to be saucier, you can always add more butter.
You can also add more vegetables like green peppers or even mushrooms.
