This Pan fried Chicken Breast recipe is a very versatile one. You can serve this next to mashed potatoes, fries, or rice. But one of the best ways is to serve over a salad.
First, remove any excess fat from the breasts. Then cut each breast into 2 pieces. Gently flatten each piece with a meat mallet or any heavy kitchen tool. Do this until each piece is flatten until it has an even thickness.
Place the chicken on a big plate or bowl. Add the oil, chicken bouillon, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix everything until all the chicken is well seasoned.
Use a large pan to cook the chicken. Set the heat to medium-high and wait for the pan to get hot. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes per side. Enjoy!
Notes
You can add cayenne pepper if you want to add some spice. Or you can even season this chicken how you like and just cook it like the recipe. You'll get juicy chicken breast with the flavor you'll love.
