Puerto Rican Limber de Menta (Mint Flavor Frozen Cups)
The mint limbers are super refreshing frozen cups. If you like mint, this is the cold dessert you need, not only in the summertime but year-round.

Ingredients

water

sugar

mint extract

green food coloring

Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a big bowl, jar, or blender. Mix for 1 minute or until you notice that all the sugar has dissolved.
Pour your limber mix equally into
disposable cups
, then freeze for at least 12 hours. ¡Buen provecho!
Notes
Food coloring-
Start with a few drops to get to your desired color. But don't add more than ¼ of a teaspoon.
Freezing-
A Limber can take anywhere from 8-12 hours to set. I like to leave them overnight.
