In a blender or big bowl blend the water, sugar, and passion fruit pulp for about 2 minutes. Or enough where you don't see all the sugar sitting at the bottom.
Pour your limber mix equally into disposable cups with lids, freeze for at least 12 hours, and enjoy.
Notes
Blender- If you use a blender to mix the ingredients, you'll have bubbles in the mix that will freeze on top. This doesn't change the flavor so is ok to use the blender.
Substitutions- Use frozen parcha pulp or fresh parcha with seeds (you can safely eat the seeds).
Freezing- A Limber can take 8-12 hours to set. This depends on how cold your freezer gets. I usually just leave them overnight and enjoy the next day.
Storing- You can buy the cups that come with lids or use foil to avoid any freeze odor from penetrating the limber.
