This is simply another way to share my best recipes with my readers in an extremely practical way. Believe me: I myself like making cooking easier.
All recipes include notes below the instructions. There, you can find any modifications that can be made to adapt them to your needs.
The recipes don’t follow any specific diet. They are simply delicious meals—sometimes super healthy, and other times not. Each recipe includes notes where you can check for possible substitutions. They also feature a calorie estimate that might come in handy 😉.
Everything is delicious, of course! Many of the recipes are Puerto Rican and Latin American. Others are simply a fusion of good flavors turned into a meal.

I put together this four-day plan because I know that, often, I don’t feel like cooking on the weekends. So, I thought that day off would be an excellent opportunity to eat leftovers. After all, we don’t want to waste food! Plus, it’s a very common day to go out to eat or order takeout.
