    Berry Lemonade

    The Berry Lemonade is a Summertime favorite. It is fresh, sweet, and super delicious. A quick drink that all it takes is to pour everything into a blender, and you’re done!

    The Berry Lemonade is a nice twist on the classics. This is a super simple recipe because it is made with frozen berries. This is great because it can be made year-round.

    This is a great recipe for days when you need a refreshing, delicious drink. If you add crushed ice, like I did, it tastes almost like a slushy. Trust me, kids love this recipe!

    Now, if you like making lemonades, try the pineapple and lemonade, the lemonade and coconut milk lemonade, or the lemonade and passion fruit.

    Why This Recipe Works

    • You can make this with fresh or frozen berries that you can get year-round in any supermarket.
    • You can even make this as a frozen berry lemonade drink.

    Recipe Ingredients

    • Berries- I always use frozen berries because it is more cost-effective, but you can use fresh berries. My mix contained strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. But the best part is that you can use your own preferred berry mix.
    • Lemons or limes- I always use lime juice, not lemon juice, when making any type of lemonade. You can use lemon or lime juice, whatever you have at hand.
    • Sugar- I like to add sugar to add a little more sweetness to the recipe. But you can leave it out, taste the juice, and add the sugar to your own taste.
    • Water- I always use water to dilute the lemonade, but you can also use a juice to add more flavor if you like.

    How to Make Berry Lemonade


    • Step 1: Add all your ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until the drink looks smooth. Chill before serving, and I always suggest serving over ice.

    Recipe Tips

    • This drink will have a chunky texture because of the pulp in the berries. If you like a smooth drink, strain the lemonade before serving.
    • You can add ice, blend, and make a frozen berry lemonade.
    • You can take any leftover ingredients and make a berry smoothie with coconut.

    Ingredients
      

    • 4 ounces mixed berries (114g)
    • 2 ounces lime juice (59ml)
    • 1 cup water (237ml)
    • ¼ cup sugar (54g)
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions
     

    • In a blender, add the lime juice, berries, water, and sugar. Blend for 1 minute. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve over ice and enjoy.

    Recipe Notes

    • I always recommend chilling the recipe before serving.
    • I use frozen berries, but you can use the fresh fruit.
